The Keeper 15 ft ratchet tie-down features a durable 1 in hi-test webbing to absorb shock and is corrosion and abrasion-resistant. It is constructed with a solid metal ratchet buckle and handle, and double J hooks. The ratchet buckle is designed with a rotating gear and lever mechanism latch to tighten and secure your load. To engage, attach the hook to an anchor point, secure webbing over load, pull webbing to desired tension leaving a bit of slack and ratchet by raising and lowering the handle. The webbing then locks into place to secure your cargo.
