The Keeper 27 ft heavy duty ratchet tie-down features a durable 2 in hi-test webbing to absorb shock and is rot and abrasion-resistant. It is constructed with a steel ratchet buckle, open molded handles and double J-hooks. The operation is simple and straight forward. The ratchet buckle is designed with a rotating gear and lever mechanism latch to tighten and secure your load. To engage, pull webbing to desired tension leaving a bit of slack and ratchet by raising and lowering the handle. The webbing then locks into place to secure your cargo.
